In this program, we experiment with communities that are able to continue their careers as artists despite entering parenthood. Bringing the thoughts and ideas behind each person’s experiences as artists and parents and their narratives to a communal table, participants imagine and practice the composition and form of a community that raises children and practices art, and, more broadly, examines art and parenting in residency.
